Does anyone know how to modify PS4 saves that look like this once decrypted?

This is from the game Unepic, just as an example, but I've come across this type of encryption several times now. I know it must be possible as it's in the Save Wizard repository but it doesn't use typical Hex to Decimal conversion or Floating Point to Hex either. It's been baffling me for some time now so would be good to hear from any of the tech wizzes on here that might be able to shed some light.
