Their support seems really bad I mean they don't even have an updated Twitter.
I know a lot of people are giving cyber Gadget crap, but can you really blame them for releasing a product in Japan built specifically for their Market? And at least they constantly tweet their issues and say it's being looked into. I would like them to release a US version but they have said time and time again over Twitter that they are unsure about it and not only that they've even stated there's a language barrier
