I realize this is an old post, but since the solution has yet to be posted, I figured it is still worth adding for people looking for it in the future (That's how I ended up here).

Here is the quick code for Max Grade:

Grade is set to 13300, which is 300 more than is needed to activate every option in the New Game+ Grade Shop.

I did however test it on a New Game+ save (Specifically, the one by You must login or register to view this content. found You must login or register to view this content.), and have started a new playthrough with no issues.

This should max all titles BUT Eleanors treasure hunter title for opening chests. If you have that title at lvl 2 already, the trophy might pop upon load with this code. Might need confirmation though.
