iam looking for a modded starter save or a save which has classic mode completed for PsychoBreak 2 (the evil within 2) CUSA06230. i can't mod it myself because SW doesn't support saves from japan, but maybe someone with cybergadget save editor (if the game is supported) can mod it for me or is able to re-region it to a completed classic mode save.

Get a US or EU version theres a few on here and use adv mode to re-region simple

if it would be that simple i would have already done it. SW doesn't support this region of the game (japan version). someone with cybergadget has to help me with this and CG has to support this game. it is also possible that someone from an asian/japan forum has a modded save and is willing to share it with me. i even don't know if cybergadget supports this game.
otherwise i will do it legit, as i have already done the us version legit.
