I'm looking to hex edit a ps4 save that isn't on the SaveWizard list. What is the process of me extracting the save, hex editing it and the resigning it for use? SaveWizard says we are unable to resign our own games. I have numerous games that arent on the SaveWizard list of games that i want to try hex editing.

You would need the ability to decrypt the save, So save wizard will be required.
You can wait til that game is supported or wait til a new save editor that supports any game is released. (If ever)

As Vicodin said, that is exactly the remarkable job SW is doing: decrypting the save. With encryption still enabled, you can´t hex edit saves at all. If that would be possible, no one would need SW.
I suggest you to write the SW team and request the game you want to have added. Keep in mind though, that they would never add online games to prevent using cheats in multiplayer.

If a game is added in SW and advanced mode is enabled, you´re free to encrypt the save and try to hex edit. You can even export the decrypted save and analyze it in any hex editor you like or you just do it in SW´s advanced mode.
