Can't answer your question but you should have boughten it from the main Save Wizard site instead. Amazon is not good with selling these type of product and can't really Help with issues. My advice would be to try and get a refund IF possible then Rebuy it on the Save Wizard PS4 MAX website directly so you know it's going to work without fail.

Got everything sorted now and i got a refund. If i buy the license key from the savewizard website do you know if it will work or would it say the same thing as the amazon on and can i use the one from the save wizard website in the uk?

Just buy the one on savewizard.net it works for any country it has cheats, resign and re region support you get 3 profile slots which you can renew every 30 days

dont buy the one on savewizard.com since that is the US only edition
