For Example, we got One game save file in EU version but we already bought the game in US version. Do we have the way to convert save file version or use it after resign save id?

Only IF it gives you Advance Mode for that game save

I haven't tried the Advanced Mode technique just yet

Since in order to re region a save you will need to open advanced mode on both regions of the game but if only 1 of them is supported you only can open advanced mode on 1 of them but if 1 of them is already supported the other region will get added at some point if people send in their saves of that region to Save Wizard

There is not a single game that has both regions supported but only 1 of them has advanced mode it will either be all regions or none
