Post: Save Wizard not working - No response from Support

My Save Wizard stopped working completely back in July. I contacted Save Wizard Support both via email and through their website over a month ago and have heard nothing back. I was hoping maybe someone here would be able to help.

When I try to start the program, I get a "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" message.

When I click "Yes", I get "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

I have tried running the repair facility in the installer file but I just get "The specified account already exists."
