As of right now, no.

The PS4 save modding scene has just begun to grow. It's all mostly thanks to Xploder, and SaveWizard. They're the one who enable gamers, (here anyway) to resign saves, and use it as they wish.

so this means that there is a risk involved in sharing your own save

Perhaps just a little.

Unless people actually know what they're looking for in a decrypted save, the chances of them getting your account ID are slim. Even then, everyone uploads the CUSA folders, and not the one with their IDs.

There is other way - you could send your saves to members whoever request via PM.

or create a fake PSN profile before upload the save, so put fake PSN profile in 2nd so you can resign to remove the real PSN profile.

4. Profit
