1. do you need save wizard to mod ps4 saves?
2. is save wizard free or do you have to pay for it?
3. how do you go about installing ps4 saves, and resigning them?
4. do you have to resign a save to use it?
5. does the ps4 have to be on a specific FW to use the saves/save editor

1. No, If you're smart enough to aquire 5.xx encryption keys and can work out how to edit yourself, then go for it. Otherwise yea, save wizard is the simplest option.

4. You only need to resign a save if you're using someone else's save file.
5. Needs to be on 5.xx firmware.
