What do you need?

The Save you want to be Re Regioned
A Save of the Region you like to Have Re Regioned it to
Game need to have Advanced Mode on Save Wizard
You will need to own Save Wizard yourself resign request wont be fulfilled

If you want to try it yourself here is a guide You must login or register to view this content.

THIS IS A RE-REGION REQUEST THREAD AND NOT A RESIGN REQUEST THREAD YOU WILL NEED TO OWN SAVE WIZARD YOURSELF TO RESIGN THE SAVES AFTER ITS RE REGIONED SINCE NOBODY WILL DO IT SINCE ITS AGAINST THE RULES

Edit I've just seen the above post asking the same thing I can also confirm that the collector's edition is 76 of days gone it would be really good if someone could do this thank you

So I finished spider-man a while back and already sold my copy of it, but just re-bought the deluxe version because of the dlcs. Too bad it seems I had the EU version

Could one of you be kind and re-region it to me? Would save me from a bid headache.. I really don't want to start the game again from scratch.
