You wouldn't be able to get this unless you used someones save (unlikely), or used cheats on Sw but since its not in their list I doubt you'll get what you're looking for.

But I would suggest new game > save after couple of races > put on flash drive & upload to SW, tell them you want max money & new stuff then see what the results are, sometimes they'll reply back inside a email.
