would really appreciate it if anyone had a save file for Alien Isolation on PS4, EU region. I need 2 trophies:

The Taken - 50 ID Tags, have a save file at 49?
100 Times Too Many - Be killed by the Alien 100 times, have a save file at 99 deaths?
