I have tried multiple saves but resigning isnt working and it keeps giving me the same error with all of them. This may most likely be because the saves are US. I tried EU saves that just had modded gear or were for trophies i have already gotten and they worked like a charm. I just cant find an EU save for 'Battling 500'

For the resigning issue you were encountering, yes, that would be because if it was a different region it would need to be re-regioned first. To re-region a save you need 2 things. First, Save Wizard must support the game, and second, SW must ALSO have Advanced Mode enabled for that game. I see SW supports Diablo 3, but I'm not at all sure whether it had Advanced Mode enabled or whether it's Quick Mode Only. If you can enter Advanced Mode on one of your saves, check out Wosley's tutorial, below, on how to re-region a save to your own region.
