There´s an Asia Systemfile with this S+ ranks unlocked, but there´s no way to re region this files.

You are welcome, I will try to unlock the rest of the tofu characters by completing Tofu Survivor.

Is there a way to get the 4th Survivor trophy without playing this mode? It´s the only trophy I need for platinum, I didn´t beat this mode yet.

No to get the grim reaper you have to have completed survivor with Hunk but it is easy, if you run past most of the enemies, average completion times are 8-12 minutes

Can we get a US version of a Save like this?
