A US version has been posted so I guess the screenshot was from Brazil, I am assuming we cant re-region?

There´s a savefile with cat ears, but you will not get the trophy if you complete No Way Out with the cat ears...

Yes it is unlock all accessories, and yes the trophy pops even if you use cat ears. Just beat it not on training mode and 100 kills
