Moved this to a different section. I normally say "correct" section, but given what you're specifically asking for, I don't think there is a correct section in this case - but it should be in one of the Requests section instead of the very general PS4 discussion section.
I considered moving this to the PS4 Game Save Modding section, since you are asking for "cheats", but unless I am mistaken, Left Alive is not supported by Save Wizard. If it were supported by SW, and also had Advanced Mode enabled, then it's possible someone could develop some additional Quick Mode cheats or show you how to do some Advanced Mode editing. And since we are not Save Wizard, it's better to direct any requests that they add Left Alive to their list of supported titles to them, since we have no control over it. While I've never filled out a form myself I do think they have some sort of form you can fill out, and they do want you to send in saves including information about the save like how much money and health or whatnot you have so they can study that save.
So since the Modding section seemed like it wouldn't be any help to you until and unless Left Alive is ever supported, which is not guaranteed (again, unless I'm wrong and it already is supported in which case someone please correct me), I put this in the Game Save Requests section. Someone can hopefully make a save or save set for Left Alive for you to use, and while not cheats, it should still hopefully help you out.
If I were you I would edit your thread title to indicate which region and also which CUSA you are looking for (some titles have different CUSA numbers even in the same region), and might also specify in your original post what would help you most. Some sort of starter save? A save that would help you pop a certain trophy or trophies?
