Save Wizard has Advanced mode for this game and supports the region that has a save for the collectibles and you region which means it can be re regioned using this tutorial

Didn't know it either but saw someone else did re region those collectible saves to a different region so it must have advanced mode

I just made one so feel free to test it if you still need it of course
