You need Save Wizard.
If you send me your save to mod, I need to resign it to my ID first, then send it back to you. But for you to used the modded save you need to resign it back to your ID and you're going to need Save Wizard for that.

There is another one called Cyber Gadget which is basically just Save Wizard for Japan but I wouldn't buy it. You're best bet is to start saving for Save Wizard

You need Save Wizard.
If you send me your save to mod, I need to resign it to my ID first, then send it back to you. But for you to used the modded save you need to resign it back to your ID and you're going to need Save Wizard for that.
