Moved to correct section. It would help people looking at this request if they knew what CUSA your game is especially since I don't believe this one can be re-regioned.

I was wrong, there MIGHT be a shot at re-regioning for this game. I didn't realize it had Save Wizard support. My apologies. But re-regioning it means you take a game save and change the CUSA number to something else. To do that you need to use Save Wizard's Advanced Mode. I'll include a link to a Re-Regioning guide below, but be aware that just because Save Wizard has cheats for this game, it does not mean Save Wizard also has Advanced Mode for this game. If Advanced Mode is greyed out when you try to select it, then the game is "quick mode only" and you would not be able to try and re-region.

And no, a save from a different CUSA would not work on your game. There are some exceptions to that but they're not common. Some of the more recent Ubisoft games for example will work across regions. Most games will not.

Have you tried the saves in this thread? It says one's for Safe Harbor and it looks like your region. I can't tell which one is for Safe Harbor but maybe after you resign them and load up your game, maybe you'll be able to tell then.
