re-region a savefile with Save Wizard can be considered "Edited by Save Wizard"? I mean, if someone re-region my savefile into EU region (haven't checked if someone has already uploaded it)...
Because I have the EU platinum savefile (not edited or applied quick-codes) since I got 100% even on DLCs back in December 2019 on my own, and when I joined this website is the same month I bought Save Wizard.

Re-regioned is fine. I'm just trying to avoid the mass amounts of skill points and materials. Could you post a link if you don't mind?
