All I can find is a 100% save which I believe it will unlock both 16 and 24 medals trophies at the same time, which I don't want to. I have been trying for 2 days now to get at least 16 medals (I only have 12 now) and I can't seem to get any good. I have SCT, which prevents me from being very reflexive. This trophy is very hurtful.

I don't think this one can be popped with a save. You might want to consider heading over to the Auctions section and seeing if one of the trophy shops offers this trophy, or the game in general. You can also post a trophy request in the Auctions section itself. The process is different. Rather than using a save to pop it yourself, someone else would pop it for you but you would pay them for it. Different people have different ways of going about it.

Just a question though, how this works? Do I have to give my account credentials to whomever agreed to do the trophies, or is there another workaround?

You would have to discuss that with them. I am not overly familiar with all of the different ways in which it could be done. What I can tell you is that the shops I have used, they have actually signed onto my account, played the game in question on my account, and earned the trophy or trophies on my account but from their location, not mine. In order to do that they need the email address associated with the account and the password currently assigned to that account. You can set a temporary password for just such a purpose if you wish. Obviously, you would want to choose someone you trust. You can also be sure you set security questions and the like. But there are some pretty established shops from reputable members of the community. They've been doing this a while.
