Basically, I'm searching for an EU save for the game that has either one of the following (even though both would be nice):

Both the Gigas Cedar and Blue Rose (the two swords from the latest update that happened near the start of the year)

AND/OR

A file that has a bounty of 160 million or above, preferably with all the bounty rewards that haven't either been sold or dumped or used to upgrade weapon chips.

I've been considering going back to the game and was hoping someone might have a good file they wouldn't mind sharing with me.

Oof...seems like this is one request I'll never have fulfilled.
