Maybe a platinum save will do?

i will test it later today after i finished the unchartes lost legacy collectibles. if the trophys unlocks with a platinum save i will post it.

well i testet it, and you can not unlock the 100% trophy the only trophys you can get are the trophys for kill 1000 people, earn a criminal rating of 5000 or higher etc. collectible trophy are also impossible with this save.
