i think we could use a save for

All missions completed(one left)
All red rings(leave one)
All number rings(leave one)
All moon rings(leave one)
Max xp for every race(leave one)

I think 10k enemies and 100k rings will pop with a plat save

The game seems pretty easy to platinum besides the time trial challanges

It would be nice to have a save for that
