I have been looking for an easy to use program to do mods for diablo 3 on the ps4.
Looked at save wizard never got any support.

That's because Save Wizard doesn't deal with mods. They only work with cheats.

Already Save Wizard can't keep up with the demand of cheats less alone mods.

Game Genie too didn't dealt with any of that.

Mods are something you're going to have to do for yourself.
Some things like armor and weapons values can be edited if you know how.
But you don't have the same freedom as with the PC version of the game.
If you're really into mods then a game console is not for you. Might as well buy yourself a very good or great computer, and play those games there.

That's the real advantage of computers over game consoles.
You can create and add things to the game itself.

In game consoles all you can do is for example make it so a armor amps up your stats to such a level you're practically playing in god mode.
