i think sony have learned a lot about an jailbreak (like ps3, PSVITA)... So they just fix all founded security flaw's.
And if it comes an Jailbreak out, for the PS4, then sony will bann the Console or the Accounts and then if you get Account banned, then you must buy new PS+... It doesn't have any profit.!!!

I saw a video with the gta v vca mod menu in ps4 and u need a cfw to use redeyex32's trophy extractor

Never going to happen.
Even if someone has found a flaw in the security system to actually jailbreak the system it will never be released.
No one will risk releasing because they will just get sued, just like geohot. But his case was lucky just by a scratch he actually built a fanbase caring enough to help him with his troubles.

People are just doing it for the fame, don't believe anything. If it does get released in the future it won't be till PS4 is dying out.
