However some of the games released on PS4 are also on PS3 and allow characters/stats/saves etc be transferred over onto PS4 from PS3. So if your looking to get your account modded it wont be in the PS4 section anywhere as of now, you will need to look in the section where the game your looking for is. Theres not many for the PS4 as theres not really much games for it either but these ones can be done and this is where you will find them at. Will update with more as they come out.

Are these all the games that allow modded cross saves from PS3 to PS4?

Not sure about cross-saves, but these games allow transferring of stats from last gen to current gen.

Diablo 3 save editors for ps3 can mod the characters stats to take no damage and give max damage. no need for modded gear. every patch they have put out to wipe out modded gear and modded gems has done so but my character stats are still in tacked.

also Final fantasy x/x2 and rainbow moon are transfered from ps3 to ps4 and can be modded.
