As I promised, I have made a Playstation 4 update bypasser. This little utility will allow you to bypass the 3.55 update making your system stay on a lower firmware.
Currently this has only been tested on a US console on a 3.50 firmware. To make this work for EU users all you have to do is edit the ps4-updatelist.xml included inside the .rar file from "us" to "eu". Also don't mind the PSP/PS3 Mode as those haven't been tested yet.

Instructions:
- Press start on the utility.
- Add IP and Port to the PS4.
- Sign-In to PSN
- Profit?
How to download game updates, games, anything from the store etc. while using PSProxy:
1.) Get off the proxy
2.) Download your updates, and games or whatever you wanted.
3.) Once its downloaded, go back on the proxy and play your game.
Please let me know any bugs you encounter, I would gladly fix the problem for you.

For everyone asking, yes, this works on ALL console versions, and for people asking, YES, it does work for 4.70, as the updates are released, the patch update bypass changes AUTOMATICALLY to the latest update. Grab the 4.55 XML and put it in the PSProxy directory (C:\Program Files(x86)\PSProxy). If you haven't already done it, modify the settings.ini file to suit your FIRMWARE
I.e
If you are on 4.55, your settings file should look like this:

I ended up getting it working so try again, if you need help let me know. I'll make a tutorial or something

Nothing happens when I try to sign in after clicking "Update Later" and when I do hit "Update Now", it gives me a server error. Also, sometimes the program crashes...tried both US and AU regions and edited the xml file along with the .ini file.
Do you think it's because my PS4 had the "Download System Updates Automatically" checked? It downloaded the 4.70 update onto my PS4's HDD, just didn't install though. Still on 4.55

Match the version with your account version also put the xml in the corresponding folders inside ps4-updatelist
