Probably keep it at 32 characters because it doesn't matter how many characters there are, once someone finds out how to get it then the character count doesn't matter.

But they probably have introduced a new system where the CID must match a PSID and then probably a few other types of ID's.

64 Characters for sure. Probably numbers and letters of all ranges. A-Z and 0-9. I doubt there will be any special characters.
