You can get*(almost)*every trophies using saves, you can get the speedruns from You must login or register to view this content. forum, and the collectibles and difficulties from You must login or register to view this content.
Trophies Obtainable with the SAVES*
100 Headshots : Just headshot 1 or 2 more
30 Kills -*Arm Micro : Kill the driver and pickup his Micro and kill 1 or 2 more
Blindfire Marksman : Just kill 1 or 2 more
30 Kills -*Dragon Sniper : Gun is right there, Kill 1 or 2 more
Fish Market : Kill one more guy with fish
30 Kills - PAK-80 : A PAK-80 is under the Car/tank beside the enemies, pick it up and kill 1 or 2 more
Master Ninja : Follow the path, a guy will be facing you, just kill him with square
Marco Solo : Same save with Survivor, go to next section and jump into the pool
30 Kills - MAG - 5 : Kill 1 or 2 more*
Bruce Beater : He will be right in front of you, kill him without taking damage
Hangman : Jump onto the crates on your right, and kill 1 or 2
Grenade Hangman : Kill the driver and pick up his grenade, go back and jump on the crates and kill 1 or two more
30 Kills - RPG : A guy with an RPG will be coming from right, with black clothes, kill him and take his RPG and kill 2 more
30 Kills -*SAS-12 : Kill 1 or 2 more
Survivor : There are a couple of enemies here, kill 1 (or 2) without dying*
30 Kills - T-Bolt : You have the sniper, just kill 1 or 2 more
Riot Rocker: You need 2 more kills, Shoot the guys with shields until they kind of sleep, then press square a couple of times and you will kill them
30 Kills - Tau Sniper: Pick up the Tau in front of you and kill 2 people.
Land Shark : Kill 1 more person from while swimming
EDIT: When you want to use the saves, make sure to delete your previous profile and save.
