My guess would be no, since this is a Platinum Save, not a Save Set. The Platinum has already been achieved in this game, so you wouldn't be able to get, for instance, story-related trophies, side missions, other things which cannot be redone like collectibles that disappear off the map. It should work for a lot of miscellaneous trophies though, and it might work if you do things like repeating a stunt jump, repeating a knife dive, other "collectibles" of that nature which do not disappear off the map. Only testing could say for sure.
