Load save 2, skip the video and the trophy will pop.

Treasure Hunter Trophy
Load save 1, go into the opposite little room, near the staircase; the treasure is on the statue. Take it up, and the trophy will pop.

RELIC FINDER TROPHY
load save 1, from the rope, jump into the hole behind the rock on the right, take it up the relic and the trophy will pop.

TREASURE MASTER TROPHY
load save 1, jump into the water in front of you, go under the water ahead, on the right you'll find a rock; go into the breach under the rock. you can find the last treasure on the right. take it up, and the trophy will pop when you get back out of the water.

Do you mean re-region it? To a different CUSA? If it's not showing up as a file you can tinker with in Save Wizard then you can't re-region it. Most profile saves can't be re-regioned, since most of the time there are no cheats available for profiles.
