By using a program called Save Wizard which also lets you add cheats to game. After purchasing it, here are some helpful FAQs for using it:

If you're having trouble accessing the download, in a thread like this where it's hidden, first you need to look for the button on the Original Post that looks like a "thumbs up". Click that button; it's the thank you button and after you hit it you will see the download link.

After you have the download, you will need a program called Save Wizard to "resign" the download - which is someone's else's PS4 save - before you can put it on a USB stick and then transfer it to your own PS4. Check out the links below for more information on Save Wizard.

What information are you looking for exactly? It looks like you're familiar with PS3 saves but I didn't scroll back far enough to see whether you've used PS4 saves in the past. If you're asking something that general, just look at my post directly above yours, mainly the links, for information about using Save Wizard to resign. All OFW.

If you're looking for something more specific then someone who knows the game can hopefully get back to you. All I can say is it looks like the save was made at level 70, so if there's a trophy for level 50 you're trying to pop, it might auto-pop when you load this save or it might just be locked out since it's past 50. Could only know by testing and again, I don't know the game (or the trophies).
