When you see two prefixes without a "multi-regional", it probably means they're a bit screwy and haven't been fixed yet. Happened sometime last year I think. In these cases the correct prefix is usually the one listed right BEFORE the title, not the very first one. The one before the title is the one the save uploader designated for the thread.
