This is a package with saves I've found here on NGU and re-regioned. I do not own the game, and haven't tested these saves yet.
I will be waiting on feedback about them, please let me know.
These are the instructions and trophies available:
A PERFECT JOB (Complete all requests)
Go to the end ahead which is 14 and finish the job.
BEYOND REHABILITATION (Defeat the twins)
MASK OF AN HONOR STUDENT (Rank first place on your exams)
Sleep until Wednesday so you can take an exam.
BOOKWORM (Read all books)
Sit at the library table and read the last book.
GOLDEN FINGER (Complete all video games)
THE CITY'S HARD HITTER (Hit a home run at the batting cages)
GUARDIAN OF THE POND (Catch the Guardian of the fishing pond)
MY BACKYARD (Unlock all hangout spots)
GREAT PHANTOM THIEVES CONVENE (Max out all Confidants)
All that's required is to progress through the story.
ONE WHO REBELS AGAINST A GOD (Create Satanael)
Go in the velvet room, turn in jack frost and get group guillotine (he is at the bottom).
TRUE TALENT (Max out all social stats)
Just study at the table, after getting some knowledge the trophy will pop.
WARNING: All DLC may be required for these saves to work.

Did you resign it first with Save Wizard? Your PS4 will not recognize someone else's saves unless you resign them to your own account first. The only program I'm aware of that resigns saves on current firmware or anything approaching it is Save Wizard for PS4. See links below for more information.

If your PS4 isn't seeing them at all, rather than giving you an error message saying they're someone else's, you probably also have them in the wrong filepath (Save Wizard would automatically assign them to correct filepath). They should look like this, but without Save Wizard it won't matter.
USB drive letter >>> PS4 >>> Savedata >>> account folder (it will be 16 letters/numbers) >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files
Last, if I'm wrong and you DID resign these with SW, check to make sure this is your correct CUSA of Persona 5.

So you have SW, you're resigning it, and it still says it's someone else's save? My guess is that something went wrong when you were setting up your profile in Save Wizard. When you were setting it up, it should have asked you for your profile, a 16-character long series of letters and numbers. You can find this out by checking a USB stick that has at least one of YOUR saves from your PS4 on it. So put a save on a USB stick and check the filepath in this location, paying attention to the part in brackets. Note that I'm using a random CUSA number.

Copy that down, all 16 digits. Then, either on a separate USB stick or the same one, resign this Persona 5 save. Check to see where Save Wizard puts the save you just resigned. It will put it in an account folder of some sort. If it's putting it into the correct folder, than it would look exactly like above, with the profile folder you copied from your actual save file, and the CUSA folder will be "CUSA06638" without quotes.
If that is not happening, and if it instead put it in a different profile folder, then you might have gotten a digit or two wrong when you were setting up your profile. I would contact Save Wizard for help in that event, since your license limits the number of profiles you can set up.
If Save Wizard is doing something else, like if you can't find the files at all after SW resigns them, feel free to send me a PM with any details. But my guess is something went wrong during set-up.
