Do you have a save for Lift The Curse trophy by any chance? Tested your save and all the mentioned trophies popped. But The Curse of The Pharaoh's main quest is already completed, and that is the only trophy that can't be earned with this save.
Unfortunately i don't have another save set. But if you do the primary missions, in 4 hours you won this trophy.
