Lending a Hand trophy - Complete all optional Honor Story missions (MISSABLE TROPHY)
just load the save and play MISSION Sadia Adler and Help her -complete- (SA) and TROPHY pup ^_^
and also you can get some trophies in this save

2- you need save wizard to resign in your profile
3- play the game and pop trophy ^_^
