I am error
Today i present to you my double platinum saveset of
Dead Cells.
It has two versions one for EU and one for NA.
I used the german disc version and the japanese PSN Download version respectively but that should not matter much.
All Saves are tested on two dummy profiles and work 100%. Instructions are included in the zip files

It should. Usually if you run into a difficult it's with either CUSA codes (make sure the link you buy it from has "CUSA10484" or "CUSA11253" in it, to make sure this is the right download for you), or with a save relying on DLC you don't have. If there's an issue with a patch it would be because it was made on a later patch than you have, not earlier, and that could be easily fixed by updating your own game. Doesn't sound like an issue if you're downloading the latest version anyway.

Eu version or North America version?
North america all saves works fine i tested just the bosses don't work due to the updates of the game . like i said im on the lates update 1.18 i think .
what im doing is im starting a new game save with the vesion 1.00 physical install of game without internet to avoid the updates is so much easy game
