I have a save with 5 ubertags and now i'm working on a save 250 parts.
I will soon share, but UE version (i'm Russian).

I think its server sided tbh...
A lot of the content is.
I had to manually hit level 30, as well as unlock the Uber tags and 250 gear before I was able to obtain the platinum.

I confirm these trophies on this save:
Eat DiRT - Do a story mission and earn 2 'CHECKED OUT!' takedowns to earn a bronze 'CHECKMATE!' metal.
Tag Evolution - Reach Player Level 51.
Geared Up - Earn about 73 Gear Items. Purchase at least 5,500 Credits and spend them on Green rarity Gear Items at 75 Credits each.
I actually played online to achieve these trophies
Eat DiRT - Do a story mission and earn 2 'CHECKED OUT!' takedowns to earn a bronze 'CHECKMATE!' metal.
Tag Evolution - Reach Player Level 51.
