Do a barrel roll!
Tested this on an a fresh account and it popped 65% after completing the very first race in the game. I also customized one vehicle prior to that race.

At least I can fight
Eveeything pops with this save, except the 250 gear parts, and the 5 ubertags or whatever theyre called.... maybe someone can mess with it and maybe try to get the others to pop? I tried everything for the gear part trophy doesn't wanna pop :/ that's the hardest trophy in the game too
