Expansion 9 Resign both save files just to be sure.

Coordinates for Expansion 9 X:10, Y:70, Z:284

1. Organizational Wizard use the xp potions in the chest then rename one of the colored shulker boxes using the anvil.

2. Fruit on the loom put the golden apple, banner, and thing banner pattern into your bag craft the banner using the loom not the crafting table.

3. Plethora of Cats this is pretty annoying but there is a cat spawner egg in the chest on top of plenty of fish.

4. Atlantis? Randomly swimming at the bottom and got it.

5. For Sail the 7 Seas Ferryjan recommended this.

For those who struggling with the Ocean biomes trophy like me (I have spent at least 8h swimming in the ocean)

Try this method:

Load the tutorial world, then go to the central pool.

That's it...

Trophy popped right before I jumped into the central pool xD

Regarding expansion 8:

I was able to earn every trophy except for `Where Have You Been?" and "Zoologist" with this set. The house where the bed and cat are is not hard to find when you spawn if you simply look. Though as I said, I could not get "Where Have You Been?" to unlock, even when spawning new cats via the spawner in the chest. The chest contents also do not have scaffolding, so you will have to make your own by changing the difficulty so that spiders spawn (for string) and then just dig up a ton of dirt to make your tower with scaffolding being the last block. ADDITIONAL NOTE: This feedback comes from playing the save in Bedrock Edition, and not the original PS4 Edition which was the version of the game when this trophy set released. It is possible that the two trophies that wouldn't unlock for me will indeed unlock if you load the save in Editions mode.

Regarding expansion 9:

This one was much more accurate in terms of provided items and such. Like 8, you do not spawn in the same place as in the save image but the chests can be found easily by - you guessed it - simply looking. You spawn quite close to them so you have nobody to blame apart from yourself if you can't find them. For Sail the 7 Seas trophy, naturally this save nor the tutorial alternative suggested in OP's post no longer work at this stage (due to Bedrock Edition not having a Tutorial world and playing in Edition mode and then converting the tutorial world still doesn't yield the trophy), I found a video which I used to earn it. Follow the exact path that he does (note: the flying exploit he uses is patched and cannot be replicated so just swim along the same path) and it should eventually pop once you either reach the end, or reach the biome you were missing.
