Edit: I'm sorry... re-downloaded the save tried it again… my mistake was i pressed "continue" and this was the wrong save... i saw another one in the savelist tried this one out and it popped after the boss fight

Then i realized aswell that this save has the samurai Edge equiped, so ist impossible to achieve the no inventory box with the samurai Edge xD …. so it isnt working
Edit: Dont want to hate Ghost; i'm just Sayin that the save for me and another Person didnt worked

for me it worked i get all Trophys from not sure what with the save Hm you can check my Trophys i get booth with a time difference from 6 min.And i know you want hate but as i sayed for me it works

Edit: Like I wrote a vew Posts earlier… it was my mistake… I pressed continue instead of loading the auto-save in the loading screen!!! Good Job!!! And thanks everybody!! <3

If the samurai edge is in your inventory then the item box was opened therefore the trophy wont pop.
I have a save that has 14/15 raccoons the one missing is the first one you get in the 'Welcome Leon' room this will pop the trophy and give you a knife within infinite use. It also has the infinite samurai handgun and infinite LE5 SMG.
If you want it I will upload it.
I am currently trying to get a S+ rank on Hardcore to unlock the rocket launcher and then the minigun.
