I can give you a Hardcore Claire savefile with checkpoint right before the last boss encounter

But you have a Savefile for doing the Leon run to get the infinite Rocket Launcher?
EDIT: I´ve found a Leon Hardcore Boss Checkpoint with NO using infinite Weapons.
