This a save with Standard difficulty completed with an S Rank, which unlocks the infinite ammo pistol for all Leon/Claire scenarios. NOTE: Due to a mistake on my part, the save is just the system saves needed to unlock the pistol.

Do you have any other saves? Like actual game saves? If you have any saves during your S run attempt, we can probably pop the trophy. For example, it shows you got S rank for Leon in the bonuses, but only has the option to play Claires Scenario B. It also has no saves within the game to load up. Thank You

Thanks for this! Do you by chance have an actual game save from the end of the game where you got the S rank? I'm only asking because obviously this doesn't pop the trophy. If you posted the save from the end of this run people could just kill the final boss for the trophy and gun unlock for their own profile saves. Also I tried copying over this save, loading one of my own saves, pulling the infinite ammo gun out, then copying my profile back over, and it deletes the gun. I'm just worried that if I do a Leon speedrun now that the trophy wont pop at all cuz it may be tied to the records.

Unfortunately no. I screwed up and overwrote my final game save with a new game+ save. Was playing really late and didn't pay attention. The system saves I provided will still give you the infinite pistol. You can select New Game or 2nd Run and still use it. You can probably easily blaze through the game with it and unlock the trophies. Completing the game in under 3:30 for the S Rank wasn't too hard for me, and with the pistol I'm sure it'll be a breeze.

Not yet. Right now I'm working on S Rank Hardcore mode to unlock the infinite submachine gun.
