Sorry for the noob question. I'm new to resigning saves. If I resign a system save with infinite ammo will trophies pop if my actual account hadn't earned them?

Some trophies will pop through completion, but nothing will pop automatically when loading the save. But thanks to Save Wizard we can get some of the trophies extra easy now.
