This file only has one weapon of each category left to craft and all the material to do it.
That should unlock Weapon Master, Balanced Warrior, Heavy Warrior, Piercing Warrior, Distant Warrior
There is one last deco to buy for Decorative Mind
You also have 10M gold so you should theoretically unlock Saver, Saver+, Saver++, Greedy
Purchase 10 items from the merchant to the top left to unlock Wasteful Merchant
anything will do and you have the dosh for it.
Other trophies may pop as during the creation of the file I beat the game under ten hours and less than 40 deaths.
Possible unlocks upon loading may include:
Overthrow the King!, Prune the Plant!, Behead the Snake!, Unplug the Energy!, Gotta Go Fast!, Hero or Merchant? and Careful Merchant
This save is also set up for New Game+ so after unlocking the trophies above you can run the game in under an hour with the gear equip.

Does save work? I tried resigning from SW and the game doesn't read the file, just my old file

Is it your correct CUSA?

Not sure if it's applicable for this game, but are you keeping your PS4 offline when starting the game?

If there's a "continue" option versus a "load" option, make sure to choose "load" or whatever else lets you manually pick which save file you're loading.

Odd. You're sure it's your old file that's loading up? The only other thing that comes to mind, then, is this: Make a backup of your save. Then delete all saves for this game off your PS4, even the profile save if there is one. Then copy over a resigned version of this save and see if you have any luck.

I am absolutely sure.
Already tried everything that was possible, deleted saves ps4, resigned the files and the game can not find.

Only thing I know is that the file uploaded above is different from the current version of the game which is (1.11)

Usually only the save is made from a later patch than the version you're trying to use. Sometimes you might avoid upgrading to the latest patch, and you might revert to an earlier version or 1.00 on disc, and then try to use a save created on a later patch. That sometimes works (Metro Exodus), but often doesn't, since the patch might change the data in the game or even add data to it in such a way that the save can no longer find what it needs to function. Kind of like trying to take a save created with DLC and then running it without DLC.

I have seen some scattered reports of an earlier game save not functioning with a later patch but I have to think it's a fairly uncommon thing. Patches are kind of difficult if they break someone's saved game after they download them.

This one's a puzzler. Apologies that I haven't been of more help.

This is a very early-game save. Are you sure you uploaded the correct save? I have a character with 40M+ and when I resigned this save to get the grindy trophies, I found a fresh character with training sword and broom with less than 30K.
Please check if you still have the save. Much appreciated
