Bully's gameplay was quite straightforward & some of everything took some time. So please, for the You must login or register to view this content. save in the files, give credits to You must login or register to view this content.!
Although, every other save was provided by me. Now to start, I made a booklet to go alongside with the download, plus it being separated into individuals photos, PDF & .rtf files (Mac's equivalent to .txt on Windows). So I put a lot of time & effort into this. All YouTube links, guides &, etc, can be found using the PDF or .rtf files within the bulk download.
100% has been added, download the above file to get your 100% save, I can include this in a separate download if people ask. I'm not sure if it has any trophies that can pop, it's basically the same as the Platinum trophy. So I'm not sure if it can pop anything or not. But let me know! Anyways, I didn't update the PDF, but I did add a folder.
Here are all of the details you need about the 100% if you wanted to do it legitimately:
To obtain 100% completion in Bully, Bully: Scholarship Edition and Bully: Anniversary Edition, the player must accomplish all of the following:

Smash all 25 Garden Gnomes

Done! All of the trophies are in the Bulk download. Dual Nebula now only has Monkey Fling left with a score of 333 to beat on my save, & Problem Child only needs you to do about one more prank. Enjoy!

I would make the same set again for EU, but I don't own the EU copy of the game, just US, plus my PS4 is primarily set for my US account. All of my other dummy accounts for testing are US too.

Your Down for the Count is broken, is not working and was related by others users too.
Your Rich Kid Blues is not for everyone, because needs a second controller.
My suggestion: Keep my Rich Kid Blues like an alternative and replace your Down for the Count.

I kept Rich Kids Blues because I wanted to offer to most ways for someone to be able to achieve this trophy, depending on how much effort you put into this & Down for the Count was not entirely - not working.
To make this as clear as I possibly can without adding anything else that is concurring to problem with Down for the Count's save, is that I decided amongst making this save, when I knew it popped unexpectedly in my playthrough, as I was completing Chapter 3's mission "Defender of the Castle" that all you needed to do, was play the mission, now even if this didn't earn it, I'm sure the number would've been raised up enough to right amongst the brim of it. Now the reason it was stated as not working was that "ghost 22" had mentioned this:

Misc Folder: Kleptomania - You have to get the final gnome from the Asylum & return to the Boys Dorm. If you did that then you should've had it pop. I'll test in a minute.
Story Mission 4: Down for the Count - You need to play through the final mission of Chapter 4 & knock out those guys during the mission. Either that or you can free roam knocking out people until it shows up.
Misc Folder: Casanova - You just need to kiss another girl. You should already have some flowers ready to give them if she asks.
If those things were done for those saves & they didn't show up i'll have to fix this.
Side note for Down for the Count: I got this trophy accidentally while playing normally, I didn't pay attention to see where it was at & just made the Chapter 4 save then played on and earned it. I'm gonna resign all three of these & try this in a minute!
I got the kleptomania by going to boys dorm like you said and i got down for count by loading story chapter 3 and knocked 70 people, but I couldn't get Casanova and green thumbs up and i'm reading Ur text files.
In that quote ^ (To ghost 22: sorry to randomly quote you, ghost 22) it does that state that Down for the Count is achievable by playing through the mission in Chapter 3 "Defender of the Castle", the remainder of people to knock down were 70. This was my bad as I wasn't paying much attention, although, this doesn't make this trophy unachievable.
As "ghost 22" said in that quote: "I got the kleptomania by going to boys dorm like you said and i got down for count by loading story chapter 3 and knocked 70 people, but I couldn't get Casanova and green thumbs up and i'm reading Ur text files.". This perfectly clarifies that this DOES work, that "Down for the Count". Plus, I even fixed his issue with misinformation about Kleptomania. You provided a new Casanova & Green Thumbs Up" save files. So right now I'm 100% positive that this DOES work.

So many jokes come to mind... But since I haven't played this game I actually have nothing constructive to say on how to get your "trophy".
Hope someone can sort it out for you though. I don't suppose there's an in-game tracker counting the number of kisses?
