SW doesn't need to support it for you to be able to Resign it. SW support means they have cheats for it, but you can still resign it to your account AS LONG AS it's the same region. It'll be listed as a CUSA number instead of the game's name in the SW resign tab. If this is a zip, you can do the "import" button if you wish. If this is a rar, you can unpack it, turn it into a zip and then do the import, or you can create a fake folder on your USB named, without quotes, 0000000000000000 or some other combination of 16 letters/numbers, put the CUSA folder in there, and it will show up on the SW resign tab as that CUSA number. Just resign as normal. It won't be in the cheats tab, that's all.
