It's one of the most mind-numbingly boring achievements/trophies I've ever personally gone for. Having most of the work done for you with this save, it's a lot better than spending hours stalking your townsfolk waiting for them to do something, anything...

my problem is that i can't seem to get the file to save wizard,
trying to compress the file to a zip, getting an error about the file including characters that can't be compressed.
the save wizard doesn't recognise the rar file.
any help will be much appreciated.

You need WinRAR version 5 or higher to extract
If you open rar file with winrar and click the info button, it tells you the version required to extract correctly is 5.0
save wizard also only works with zip files and not rar
create a folder on your usb with this path :/PS4/SAVEDATA/0000000000000000
extract the download from here using WinRAR
move the CUSA11711 from the extracted location to the folder you created earlier
/PS4/SAVEDATA/0000000000000000/CUSA11711)open save wizard (check and uncheck the box on the cheat tab to refresh it if save doesn't show up)
if you really want to use save wizards import feature, you need to extract the download with WinRAR, right click the CUSA11711 folder it extracts and choose create zip, then import that with Save Wizard.
